THIS IS CORRECT

virtual:mysql-5.6-r12.e1d487a5fad61eb7b439991dcfdfd531b1a2fba5~0.tar
It is recognized as =

Tar archive
application/x-tar

~AND~

The file itself is recognized as =

STL 3D model (binary)
model/x.stl-binary

The extension of an x.stl-binary is =
.stl

I have run it in .stl programs and no 3D mesh appears. More so than not, because it is still a compressed tar; tarball/tarfile.

NOTE:
There are two .stl encodings

1) ASCII encoding
2) binary encoding

The file to be extracted is "binary encoding"

Learner is not a stupot stupor that is not able to help!

Stubots are numb in the head and are amazed that learners are filled with insight that lead too correct and final answers.

Learner is full of insightful wisdom that leads too correct answers; & not idiotic remarks.
Yes we know. You are absolutely as stubot as stubot gets!
You go Stubot!
