How-to translate entropy from GIT ?

Post by nsuffys » Sat Jun 13, 2009 11:26

I want to (continue) to translate entropy, but now it's from git.
What is the command line for download the pot files ?

(I've already translate in the past, with PoEdit (1 year ago ..) ;)

First time, you have to use (change ~/entropy for any other directory if you want):

Code: Select all

git clone git:// ~/entropy/
After that, from the directory you have entropy:

Code: Select all

git pull
I'm the current Translators' Chief so you should send me the translation once you've done some work (you can send it also to lxnay but is better to not give him more work than he has).
If you have any doubt about a string to translate, people in the irc channel will probably help you.
Former Sabayon staff (retired).
