Latest kernel update changes hostname

Postby dunsurfin » Fri Apr 03, 2009 9:57

I don't know if I'm doing anything wrong but the latest updates changed the hostname again (I've now added the wiki page on changing hostname to my bookmarks). The only file that Entropy said needed updating was /etc/con.d/modules and I'm used to adding my vboxdrv to that each time. Is this a bug?

Thank you. I'm glad it wasn't me this time :)

we just put up openrc into the overlay and will move it to entropy soon

-r4 and -r5 both have the bug, but you should be seeing openrc without the bug finally
