Frostwire problems

Postby trueblue88 » Mon Sep 08, 2008 16:54

I just installed all the latest updates and now I cant seem to run frostwire, when I try to open it I get the message Gentoo Java Launcher "java is not available for sun-jdk-1.6"

Also is it possible to get Limewire running on Sabayon? I've downloaded the packages but can't figure out how to install from Spritz. :(

you don't download packages and install them, you use the package manager, if not in spritz than you have to use portage

So how do you install limewire if a search on spritz yields nothing?

I FOUND FROSTWIRE in Entropy....
but if you want you may use also Portage....
I Installed and it runs well. I found it better than limeware.
I have in mind that the user problem with Java, is that some java package cannot be installed in your system
