Looking closely to your reply, wolfden (the only replay btw, THANKS) it seems that you have lazarus on your repository db and i don't.
Looked closely and can't find anything.
Then i started to think, what if my spritz database is not complete. So i enter to spritz, go to the repository section, marked the option that forces the repository upgrade, then starts to download 9 mb of data and it looks that the transfer is interrupted and not all files download.
this is the log

Sincronización de los repositorios ...
[svn.sabayonlinux.org:1026] Correctamente conectado al host
(1/1) Sabayon Linux Official Repository

im trying now to manually download the files in the http server and put on my machine on the var route to see what happens... hope i don't break anything...

Thanks

PS: i've watched your answer about erasing the entropy.pid file... it is not that i havent searched... it's that the error message is in spanish and i can't find it in spanish in the forum, and i tried to search in english but it looks that i've misspelled something because that thread never came across. Sorry to bother

i've downloaded the db and put in the path for spritz and it worked, some new packgages appeared but not lazarus.
When i try to use portato gives me this error:

pygtk: 2.12.1 (using GTK+: 2.12.9)
pygobject: 2.14.1 (using GLib: 2.16.5)
lxml: 1.3.6.0

no matter what i try to do, always appears this screen with this error. Any ideas to fix it?
There is no portage command in command line, even i downloaded with equo.

sigh, do you have to use a gui for everything?

emerge --sync && layman -S
emerge nameofprogram

Thanks for the help wolf but i don't know what to do with those things you told me.
I've tried to put it in google but all that got is this page.
I even told all my msn contacts about it but they think that is a new kind of animation and they told me that can't see it
Later, i speaked to my computer microphone but no answer from the os
Finally, i wrote it down and insert the paper on the floppy drive hoping my letter was clear but not succeeding...
I don't know what else to do..

PS: just kidding, solved, i have to re-emerge FPC again (i have installed manually but not recognizing the source).
Many thanks but i must tell you, layman is another repository i guess because lazarus was not found before with emerge.
Thanks, i'll try to install zeoslib now
:D

Hehe wolfden, i was kidding.
I've finally installed lazarus and zeosdb addon, finally!!
The last help from you was enough, but the problem was that lazarus was NOT in my repository and i don't know how to add another so with the commands you gave me last time solved it.
Thanks
