Privet Wallpapers (April 2008) - most screen resolutions

Hello.

Let me introduce myself: my name is Oleg and I live in a city named Irkutsk, which is in Russia. I am 24 and I work as a designer at one of the publishing agencies in my city. Most of the time I do printed designs - anything from stickers (3x4 cm) to banners (3x6 meters). But I also do a bit of computer graphics, which are not part of my job, but what I like the most. So, I have read a post about the new wallpaper in 3.5, which was found a little bit bright, and I decided to make a few wallpapers for the most resolutions with different colors and I am giving them all out here. I've tried to make them minimal but nice so they would look clear on most devices, and they are all 100% vector-made. BTW, "Privet" means "Hello" in Russian, so here you go. Just pick any of them, and thank you for taking time to read all this. I hope you will like them.

Is it possible to make the dark / black one have some version of cyan in 2 tones on the left midle where the 2 greyish lines cross ?

IE: replace the grey with some blue.

Looks nice , was just checking some links for desktop wallpaper for linux a few mins ago.

Keep 'em coming. Any chance of trying something 'darker' too, such as replacing the stylised butterflies (if that's what they are), with e.g. rooks or hawks? Just wondering what it would look like (I'm thinking Edgar Allan Poe, that sort of thing).

Of course, it's possible. Yet there are several reasons why I would rather not change the whole set. It's because:
1. I tried to use the "safe" colors (there are 216 of them compiling the Web Palette) that look the same on different displays, in defferent browsers, etc.;
2. I wanted not to step out of the three main colors of the distro's look;
3. I intended to keep it simple, i.e. few colors to build up a background as whole.
But, of course, I will make another one with the colors you like. I only need you to tell me the size you want, and I will switch that gray.

Honestly, I think somewhat Howard-Lovecraft-ish most of my time. And I can do a little darkside later, it's just that this time I wanted to make something plain that would fit a desktop (though I see darksiders here, and that makes me feel pretty much familiar to the community ). Thank you.
