Hi, everybody,

I tried some search on the subject, but found explanations only in Italian and Spanish

. To my nonexistent knowledge of these languages they sounded like a chicken foot, but why

?

Well the logo is a hens foot, and Sabayon is a dessert primarily made from eggs (plus marsala wine and sugar)
