What does sabayon logo mean?

Postby Alexey931 » Sat Nov 10, 2007 9:46

Hi, everybody,

I tried some search on the subject, but found explanations only in Italian and Spanish :) . To my nonexistent knowledge of these languages they sounded like a chicken foot, but why :D ?

Best regards, Alexey

Well the logo is a hens foot, and Sabayon is a dessert primarily made from eggs (plus marsala wine and sugar)

Makes some sense, but sounds a bit thin for the official explanation :D .

Hens and penguins are flightless birds (as am I). Hence the association.
