Monitor frequency

Postby edsoft207 » Wed Sep 26, 2007 21:36

Hello! Sabayon Team
I try explayn my last question. Sorry for my english.
If i remember the Sabayon 3.1 - had 3 options to change "Hz " on Rand - Icon

In Brazil the monitor work better with this frequency table.
1024 x 768 with 60 Hz
1280 x 1024 with 70 or 75 Hz

I did not see more option in Sabayon 3.4 - Rand-Icon only 50 Hz
Is possible add this table to select on Rand - Icon

Você está querendo dizer "o ícone redondo", edsoft207 (K Menu > Control Centre > Peripherals > Display | Size & Orientation | Refresh rate)?
Are you trying to say "the round icon"?

Você tem que modificar o ficheiro /etc/X11/xorg.conf, pois não se pode mais cambiar a freqência ou resolução da tela do monitor através da GUI.
You have to modify the file /etc/X11/xorg.conf, as one can no longer change the monitor's frequency or screen resolution via the GUI.
