removal of old kicker version fails [Solved]

i never had a problem unmerging a package before so this is a first and dont understand why i package can fail uninstallation..
apparently i need the kde-meta-suse eclass ?

emerge -C kicker -- removed old and new version successfully..
emerge kicker -- reinstalled latest version so everything is good i guess.. weird error though.
