Does anyone know if the Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 3945ABG is working properly in this release, with WPA2 encryption and without having to fix anything?

Michael
The 3945 has worked fine for me in Sabayon versions 3.3, 3.4e, and now F.

All

I've encountered increased instability using the Sabayon GNU/Linux 3.4F x86 Live DVD build of the Operating System; specifically the fact that multiple software applications frequently become instable, including Danger From The Deep and Flight Gear. I have noted the fact that the Operating System doesn't include a previous version of the NVIDIA Corp. ForceWare device driver; the included release causes my entire Laptop PC to become unresponsive and has caused problems for others also; alas I don't know how to revert to another version of the device driver, The aforementioned issue is the only problem I've encountered using the new release; however I have noted an increase of performance during my Laptop PC's boot process.

Press Release Quote: as in... "Faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaast"

Sad to report that Live 3.4f boots very, very slow and about same for the
performance, as compared to 3.4e on NVIDIA PC and on ATI PC boots slow
and Graphic Acceleration breaks use with No Menu, most Programs and
Panel functions! D/L From http Mirrors, MD5 and Burn Error Verification
indicate all OK. I'll attempt a few usual Redo methods, also await to see if
if any others report any problems, before I try another Download? Anyways,
3.4e is Very Fast for me, so "IF" 3.4f is Faster, then I certainly do hope to
get this resolved or I'll certainly be very content to sticking with 3.4e.

I have the same problems:

3.3 was really nice, had known issues, but nothing serious. Things started to go wrong with 3.4, 3.4e, and 3.4f?

Well, i thought sabayon would be my first and last linux. But since it is Gentoo based, I don't fear any other linux any more.
