Can not emerge sabayon-sources [solved, problem persists]

Yup, it appears to be down,

Theres links to the two files in my /usr/portage/distfiles that appear relevant, if you copy them over to yours, it should continue without problem, portage should check the SHA1 sum etc to verify they havent been tampered, and should get you going, or you could wait for the servers to come back up

Now I do not know what to think about you, as the links you posted did not let me download these files from that page stating that I need to use INTERNET EXPLORER. When I booted to Windows and tried to download it there the page tried to install spyware into my computer.

I do not know what your intentions with this were, but if you want to help and did not know about this please post these files on other place.

My deepest apologies, that must be a new development with that site, as i dont ahve any windows installs and used it a while ago quite reliably, i have reposted the patches to the site you suggested, and you can compare md5 sums with another user manually as you wish (I know i would after being sent to something like that)

Thank you, this worked for me. I wonder why the server is still down though.
I installed mini edition which does not have sabayon-sources installed and I could not emerge some important packages due to missing these.

I'll file a bug if someone else already hasnt, as they have other links there
