gcc and glibc can't emerge

Hi all i installed 3.4e and as i describe here i want to upgrade sabayon.While the emerge of the system gcc and glibc are failing to compile constantly with those errors

While this may not be the problem, something that would be good to eliminate would be a memory problem.

Could you run memtest on the system to confirm the memory is OK ?

Also, post your make.conf file.
