Postby sekha » Sun Aug 12, 2007 9:47

Hi all,

I have Sabayon 3.4a installed on HDA2 but for some reasons, I am unable to launch it.
When I selected it from the GRUB menu, i have an error message stating : "File not found"

Here is my GRUB, what is wrong in it ?

title Sabayon Linux x86 3.4 (on /dev/hda2)
root (hd0,1)
kernel /boot/kernel-genkernel-x86-2.6.22-sabayon root=/dev/ram0 vga=791 ramdisk=8192 real_root=UUID=040b27e0-82af-40f7-81e5-950c8191a0 quiet init=/linuxrc splash=silent,theme:sabayon CONSOLE=/dev/tty1 dodmraid pci=nomsi
initrd /boot/initramfs-genkernel-x86-2.6.22-sabayon
savedefault
boot

Thanks

Solved using Wolfden solution here : http://www.sabayonlinux.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=9441

Guess the Wolfden Grub menu should be a sticky for all grub issues for people multibooting or stuff like that.
