Played for 25 years and then quit drinking and found out I had no talent! Actually arthritus kicked in and made things like F pretty tough.
More memorable concerts? Dylan in '78 & '92, Ozzy on the Crazy Train tour, Joan Armatrading, Jethro tull, Page & Plant at the Skydome in '95, John Prine with Steve Goodman here at the university, to name a few......

might try some super B vitamins for that arthritis - I have the same problems also with carpal tunnel in both wrists, but doctor said to try super b vitamins for carpal/arthritis instead of surgery....that was over 10 years ago and I haven't had any problems since nor have I played any less.

I learned how to play the bass guitar in 2 weeks during my "computer strike" period a few months back. But once my time was up, the guitar went back to it's corner collecting dust.

/aku has been playing guitar for 13 years and drums (my primary instruments) for 10 years.
I've also teached drumming and bandplaying for local kids.
@ the moment I've got an acoustic Landola, a Gibson Les Paul Goldtop and no drums! :(
I think I can play anything I can get my hands on.. drums, guitar, piano, violin, saxophone, bass... :?
