Rewrite the Posting Error Message

I got this first day I join and forgot to tell anyone.
When you take more than 5 mintues to post a reply and then click send, you get the following message.

INFORMATION
Mistake! There was an attempt of an automatic insert of the message in a forum. Your message is sent to hell. Try still times who knows - can it will turn out? Still probably, that you too long wrote the message - then pass to page back, copy the text, update page, insert the copied text and press button "Send".
----------------------Ends--------------------------

Could someone please rewrite this.
Here's my version.

Did you
-try to insert SPAM in the forums again?
OR
-take too long to write your message.

Whatever the reason click back and try posting your message again.

That is just phpbb for ya - I stay away from it myself. The developers don't have time to go in and start changing the phpbb php scripts. It works, just don't take so long to post

I agree with this. I took too long to write my message, and quite frankly, this "error" message had me stumped. It almost look like it was translated from some other language (italian?) to english by google, babelfish, or perhaps a pack of monkeys with a dictionary...

BTW, I can't recall having ever been on a forum with a post timeout before, and I've been on quite a few

it's a simple stupid mod
in the past, spammers plagued our forum in a way that we had to introduce this evil message too.
