lightdm issues

Post by MALsPa » Wed Sep 18, 2013 17:48

I had problems with the apparently corrupted lightdm User Bar theme so I switched to the Classic theme, which worked fine except that the Suspend, Restart, and Shutdown buttons didn't work. I finally installed kdm and switched to that. But was there a way to fix lightdm so that the Suspend, Restart, and Shutdown buttons will work? I searched the forums but didn't find any solutions. This is a fully-updated system installed back in July from Sabayon_Linux_13.04_x86_KDE.iso.

The CoreCD release is targeted to advanced users who want to take full control of the features and packages installed on their system. Sabayon's Entropy package manager can be utilized as soon as the CoreCD release is installed to quickly build out the installation based on the users exact requirements. The CoreCD also has the capability to install packages using the Portage package management system.
