Frostwire & Azureus

Postby pcatiprodotnet » Mon Dec 11, 2006 0:53

This request isn't for me (well, not directly), but for the common computer users that are my customers, family and friends when I install Sabayon on their computers for them. Yeah, I think being based on java makes those apps slow and more prone to bugs; but, try as I may, it's futile to try and convince newbies to switch. This will make things easier for us "promoters" of Sabayon.
Thank you, -pc

Azureus is in portage as both src and binary, You can install it with emerge.
Frostwire might be in portage not sure, but Limewire definitely is.

How do I install "masked" software?

I really want to get frostwire.
Thanks, -pc

It is likely masked because the main window is blank/white; as discussed below: ... =frostwire ... =frostwire
