Hi friends, can you tell me how can I create a "Launcher" in the gnome 3 shell, I'm using sabayon 9 gnome!

Oh, one more thing, can you tell me where's the "Start Up Applications" Icon is, I cannot find it anywhere and I want the computer to start automatically the xcreensaver when I log in!

Do you mean to put app icons in the set at the left when you press the Super key? If so, start an app, press the Super key, right-click its icon, and choose Add to Favorites.
