As title asks, which programme should I use to join AVI files together?

Thanks in advance

See FFmpeg FAQ - 3.15 How can I join video files? If you have no joy with those tips, see my article How to join together several Flash video (flv) files (don't be put off by the mention of flv in the title) which discusses GUI and command line tools.

I use mkvmerge to join files into one mkv file. Its part of mkvtoolnix the sabayon package doesn't build the gui so you have to use portage if you want the gui and add the wxwidget use flag for mkvtoolnix

/etc/portage/package.use

Code: Select all

media-video/mkvtoolnix wxwidgets
