SL x86 7 K fully updated.
Today's update of KDE and associated packages (about 450) has caused Firefox, Thunderbird and Chromium to fail. These are the error messages:[email protected]
~ $ thunderbird
/usr/lib/gcc/i686-pc-linux-gnu/4.5.3/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.15'
not found (required by /usr/lib/thunderbird/libxul.so)[email protected]
~ $ firefox
Couldn't load XPCOM.[email protected]
~ $ chromium
chromium-browser: /usr/lib/gcc/i686-pc-linux-gnu/4.5.3/libstdc++.so.6: version
`GLIBCXX_3.4.15' not found (required by chromium-browser)
There was also this message during the update of perl but I don't know if it's significant:
Warning: something's wrong at /usr/bin/enc2xs line 1017.

Don't believe what it says on the right - I am anything but sagely; More oniony!
