Switching to sabayon-weekly repository? [Solved]

Post by DanneStrat » Mon Oct 31, 2011 3:15

Hi.

I recently installed Sabayon 7 from a daily iso. When I went into "/etc/entropy/repositories.conf" I noticed that the "sabayonlinux.org" repo was the one being used. I would prefer to use "sabayon-weekly" instead.

So my main question, can I safely replace "sabayonlinux.org" with "sabayon-weekly"?
Anything I should be aware of? Right now my system is fully upgraded from the "sabayonlinux.org" repo.

Thanks! :)

Hi

Yes you can

edit repositories.conf :

and switch
repository = sabayonlinux.org||http://mirror.internod[...]

to

repository = sabayon-weekly||http://mirror.internod[...]
for all mirrors
