About this issue, it may have been a thing to tell about this. There was a little problem with some "broken symlinks" and the suggestion was deleting them. I did the suggested thing and I got the same problem with the language. The solution was, as lxnay said, reinstall glibc to re-generate the UTF8 en,it,ro,es languages. As I remember, this was the suggestion and I believe it was from the open ssl :
find -L /etc/ssl/certs/ -type l -exec rm {} +
Can't see the connection, but after I did this command, the above error occurred. And so I reinstalled with equo install glibc and all worked fine.
http://pastebin.sabayon.org/pastie/7047 it was a certification file that I deleted with the suggested command. I believe this issue is solved from my point of view :D

But I have a question about this : how can I remove un-important languages from the system glibc ?

sometihng ... bla bla
...find -L /etc/ssl/certs/ -type l -exec rm {} +...

Those messages are generated by portage during compling and are packaged in the binary files

I think there are no issues.
