Gnome 3: How to start an application after login? [Solved]

Postby ddeimeke » Sun Aug 21, 2011 10:55

Hi!

I want to start an application after logging in to Gnome 3.

How can I do that? In Gnome 2 there was a tool allowing me to do that.

Cheers

Dirk

Hi ddemeke... I switched to Gnome3 but my system starts from a 5.2G, so I do not know if you have already installed all you need!

I think you need: "gnome-session-properties"... I use it without problem also on Gnome3!
Try running it in a terminal with:
Code: Select all
$ gnome-session-properties

Bye :wink:
