Thank you for the hint, but installation was only working after
updating repositories by an equo update -force!

On the other hand: Why does my nVidia Geforce 6600 not work
with the Gnome3 desktop?

I am only shown a normal desktop (view).
Have you installed gnome-shell?

Code: Select all

eqou install gnome-shell

Hi,

after my last update Gnome 3 let me know that my graphik adapter nvidia 8100 onboard chip is not suitable with Gnome 3. It starts a kind of limited mode where not all functions are available. My nvidia driver is version 275.09.07. Before this update Gnome 2 and Compiy are working perfectly. I have no idea how to solve it.

regards
