When u made the post i was compiling the kernel so i dind't use the drivers from entropy, I use the drivers I already had.
At start I was following this configs http://wireless.kernel.org/en/users/Drivers/ath9k_htc(I used make menuconf) for atheros chip and I saw a line for rtl chip and activate it, I think that the kernel wasn't loading wtv is load(drivers or I dunno what it loads).

If you are running a custom kernel with custom drivers, unfortunately, it is unlikely that we can help you, since your configuration could be entirely different from the usual Sabayon ones.
The only thing that comes in my mind is trying to plug the USB atheros card in and check the output in the final part of the file:
/var/log/messages
(you need to be root to do that)
and see if you see anything unusual or important in it.

Well, it was easy, just put the firmware in google and download it, then copy past to /lib/firmware. xD
Thank you so much =DD
