The version 3.2 is include language French?

And it is detect partition of windows?

sorry but in 3.2 there'll not be French language .. once installed it's possible to add the french language, but then you'll need to recompile a lot of stuff, and this takes time :p

Sabayon Linux uses Portage to update your system - emerge is the command you will use with the CLI. There is a gui called Kuroo but I don't recommend it at all. Learn Portage/Emerge and you will be fine.

If 3.1 has french than I would imagin 3.2 would also - hopefully one of the developers can confirm this.

the upcoming 3.2 release will support every KDE available language, including french.
