There is none.

There was a program called abridge -- you can find it and the source is still available but it needs work -- will not work with 2.6 kernel -- author has not been maintaining it.

If you get it working or find a different one, please let me know ;-)

I would not know where to begin. Complete noob. But if I find one I shall definitely announce it.

Thanks for the reply.

Abridge 0.4.0--free
Code: Select all

It was updated this month. So it might work now.

Or you could just copy and paste it from your windows folder? Then use wine to start it up.

Hoped that helped.

Probably you can get a number of Windoze bridge games to run with wine or some other emulation -- I have not tried. I did download the abridge source code again -- it seems to be unchanged. I may try again to compile it, tho -- I don't think I'll have success.

See here -- someone has been working on this http://www.kunxi.org/tag/gentoo

(I work mostly in Mepis Linux and currently have SL only on one laptop that I don't use very often and my time is limited -- but I've wanted a Linux bridge game for some time)

I applied the patch and got a good compile but the program did not seem to function at all
