rpcbind & rpc.statd [Solved]

These services seem unneeded, since I chose to disable NFS, how can I stop these services from autostarting after each boot?

If you don't need the package - just uninstall it?

I'm not on my gentoo box at the moment, but does it show up in
Code: Select all
rc-update show
you can remove stuff from there with
Code: Select all
rc-update del foo
