Default Keyring password?

Post by MusicManNick » Sun Mar 28, 2010 16:50

Hey, I've been using Sabayon 5.1 for a few weeks now, and I can't seem to get the Default Keyring unlocked :/ I don't remember setting a password for it....
Can anyone help me get this unlocked?

have you tried with your user password? suppose you have...

you can try:

Code: Select all

rm ~/.gnome2/keyrings/login.keyring
which will erase whole keyring

or install seahorse (a GUI for gnome-keyring) and try to change the password there
Applications > Accessories > Passwords and Encryption Keys > Passwords
select keyring - right click > Change password or Delete

or maybe you'll find something useful here:
http://live.gnome.org/GnomeKeyring
http://live.gnome.org/Seahorse
