NAME="%K" [Solved]

Post by demianx681 » Sun Jan 03, 2010 15:12

it's been some time now that while booting my SL 5.1 x86 I get this message
NAME="%K" breaks kernel name and should be deleted from /etc/udev/rules.d/40-fuse.rules and from /50-userbirboy.rules and /60-fuse.rules
What does that mean and is it safe to edit those files deleting NAME="%k"?

Thank you

You can fix this like I explained in this post (after "For the udev error messages"): ... 08#p110482

Probably this was due to some config files updates.
