installed sabayon but cant find it in boot options

If you are new to Linux or new to Sabayon Linux and just not sure where to post, here ya go. Post without fear of being told to RTFM :-)

installed sabayon but cant find it in boot options

I have vista installed on my system and i installed sabayon after vista...but when i boot i dont find sabayon in the grub list...i understood that i need to add sabayon to menu.lst..but how to do that...pls help..i m a newbie :(

Assuming only Vista and SB5 installed you should have installed SB5's grub to mbr thereby getting SB entry at top of list followed by Vista entry. You can use the SB5 live-dvd to "repair" grub install.
There's a way to add SB5 to Vista boot loader too. Check out google for howto.
But simplest way is to install SB5 grub to mbr.
