Sabayon 5 usb live dvd boot

Postby stamate » Sun Oct 04, 2009 22:21

So I want to boot sabayon 5 form a usb formatted with fat32 that already has another linux distro. The main bootloader is syslinux but I can also use grub4dos. I already looked in the wiki all the info is for sabayon 4 not 5 and I can`t find any other method to make it find the root file system on boot and then I am dropped to a console. Please Help me I really need to boot from usb cauze I don`t have any dvd-rom or external dvd-rom just usb and bios that support it. Thank you !

Are you having problems creating the bootable USB stick, or booting from it?
