Try to update entropy using emerge:
Code: Select all
emerge --sync && layman -S
emerge -av entropy equo sulfur
equo database gentoosync
(it could take some time)
then try again with the update:

I am able to emerge entropy with no issues at all

If you retry does it still complains?
(maybe it was just a temporary problem)
otherwise try do download manually the package from the link reported in the error.
