it is very simple, the overlay sabayon was moved to git..

make the commands:

emerge layman
layman -d sabayon
layman -a sabayon
layman -S


if this not solve, try this:

emerge layman
layman -d sabayon
layman -L
layman -f -a sabayon
layman -S
