Ciao ragazzi, sono finalmente riuscito ad installare la 16. 11 gnome, funziona e riconosce tutto, ma apparte l'ora abbondante di installazione il sistema una volta installato è di una lentezza unica

con quale media lo hai installato ? (DVD ? ... allora si. buona cosa ora come ora sarebbe da installare tramite USB se il Bios della macchina permette il boot da periferiche USB)


Lentezza ... più volte ripeto di fornire maggiori informazioni su cosa si sta installando , ci sono più Desktop Environment forniti , le variabili in gioco variano e non possediamo la sfera magica per potervi aiutare , nei nostri limiti umani.

Quale DE ?
hardware in uso , il più delle volte è la GPU ma non è detto. presumo sia una Intel.

Descrivi meglio "lentezza" , nel rendering ? il disco è in continuo frullio ? :mrgreen: ... illuminaci per favore

Ciao, ho installato da usb, de è gnome 3.20, come gpu è Nvidia GeForce 320m, il processore è un Intel core 2duo da 2 Ghz con 8 gb di ram.
Il problema è tipo nel passaggio tra un programma e l'altro, nel l'apertura degli stessi ed anche nella combinazione alt tab per passare tra i vari programmi, e pure all'accensione dallinserimemto della password all'avvio del desktop

Ora sono fuori non ho modo di analizzarlo con calma , ma se guardi bene , il xsession.errors che ho postato è un file nascosto. Ha il puntino davanti :D

Sì sì lo so...l'ho cercato sia da terminale che da gestore file ma non c'è...o almeno non sulla cartella home dove ,credo, la tilde vada ad indicare :D
