ISO Testing over Official Release? [Solved]

Post by krisprolls » Fri Aug 06, 2010 14:10

Hello,
First of all thanks for providing us such a great distribution, everything trully work out of the box!
I notice that you have Testing ISO available, would you recommend to use it over the latest Official Release for a fresh install, in order to avoid pulling all the necessary updates?
Thanks for reading me.
PS: I hope I posted in the right section,...

For the latest packages, yes.

But if you want to make sure everything works right...no.

It is called a testing ISO for a reason. Things often get messed up on them.
