What is this Facebook related file? [Solved]

My system says the following needs to be updated:

/etc/signon-ui/webkit-options.d/._cfg0000_www.facebook.com.conf

Can anyone explain what it is?

It's a part of kaccounts-providers.
Which it's description is:
"Small system to administer web accounts for the sites and services across the KDE desktop, including: Google, Facebook, Owncloud, IMAP, Jabber and others"

Basically it's a dummy config file so you can hook some kde messaging stuff into facebook messenger if you so desired. The contents of the file are completely benign, you wanted to open it up and look at it.
