/boot/grub2/grub.cfg.new no such file or directory

Post by Witbier » Sat Mar 24, 2018 9:32

After editing /etc/default/grub I tried to run grub-mkconfig, but got the following error

Code: Select all

[email protected] ~ $ sudo grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub2/grub.cfg
Password:
/usr/sbin/grub2-mkconfig: line 235: /boot/grub2/grub.cfg.new: No such file or directory
[email protected] ~ $
Any suggestions?
