where is dev-java/oracle-jdk ?

If you downloaded the tar.gz packages, placed them into distfiles and they have the correct permissions, you should be able to emerge them now.

I downloaded and moved them to distfiles but still nothing with emerge..

Could you post the emerge command you run and the output from terminal?
And ev. the output of

Don't know where you put the downloaded files, but it's not there, where emerge needs them, means in /usr/portage/distfiles
Your "nothing" is pretty much output… All you need to do, is to follow the instructions portage gives you.
So download the desired files, put them into /usr/portage/distfiles/ (eventually check the permissions) and run emerge again.
It's really simple…
