Should I remove the line that I added before?
"%wheel ALL=ALL" already exists. Do I have to uncomment anything? And where and what should add exactly (which includes my username)?

can you copy and paste here the output of:
Code: Select all
groups username

Replace username with your login name...

If wheel is not present in the output, add yourself.
enter as root:
Code: Select all
gpasswd -a username wheel

again, replace username accordingly..

Here it is:
Code: Select all
r ~ # groups charlie
vboxusers charlie
r ~ # gpasswd -a charlie wheel
Adding user charlie to group wheel

Now, do I have to remove that former line that I added to sudoers?

no.
you can keep that for now.
Just try to su.
Maybe you have to reboot, but i don't think so.
is su and sudo working now?

Thank you for patiently helping me solve this problem. I can now do both su and sudo.
There are two little questions:
What is "wheel" actually?
And when I sudo, I become the real root, not the same user who is sudoer. Does it make any problems?

The wheel group gives everybody who is member of that group permission to enter commands with root privileges. Once. When the command is entered and completed you should be normal user, and NOT leave you with a root-prompt.
If that's your case,
uncomment the line you created earlier in the sudoers file.
Code: Select all
%wheel        ALL=(ALL) ALL

should be:
Code: Select all
# %wheel        ALL=(ALL) ALL
