Ok I am compleatly new to linux but I hate windows and have to change, I have a toshiba laptop 1.7 mhz proccessor 4 gig ram 450 gig hard drive. How well does Sabayon stack with the given drivers that are on the toshiba laptops. I have tried ubunto and could not get my internet to work it did not register my wirless card. I am lost with out the internet.

You could download a recent iso, burn it as an image to create a livedvd, and see if it works. I recommend going to:
The 13.07, amd64, KDE version should work, and has a look and feel, somewhat like windows. Check back here if the wireless issue still persists after installation.
