!!! Unable to parse profile: '/etc/make.profile'
!!! ParseError: Profile contains unsupported EAPI '5': '/usr/portage/profiles/default/linux/x86/13.0/eapi'
!!! Your current profile is invalid. If you have just changed your profile
!!! configuration, you should revert back to the previous configuration.

If you're using Portage , please read Profile updating instructions

Gentoo profile move from 10.0 to 13.0 : please see this blog post.

I guess that the link "Profile updating instructions" is exactly about that. And it probably contains further information that you must read and understand. Please use the documentation instead of asking for a ready meal from someone that does not know what you did to your system.

I'm asking for the upgrade from 10 to 13. You was very discourteous.

sabayonino gave you the information in the links as coclock was saying, did you look at the links? The first link plainly says what to do. If you insist on using portage, please read thru the gentoo handbook so you stop breaking your system and know how to run it properly.
