How can i install Sabayon 7 to a usb flash and use it elsewhere?
My use case is that i have notebook, netbook, PC, mac, which all have their OS come pre-install and i don't want to touch their HDD as they are shared with other users but they are infested with malwares.

For WIndows:

http://www.pendrivelinux.com/universal- ... -as-1-2-3/
For Linux:
http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/

Install ISO on USB, change in bios to boot from USB and start system from USB. This is Live USB.

You can install ISO like burning on CD, but destination will be USB. This is system on USB.

The different is, that Live USB don't save changes on USB, so when you install some soft and restart, the soft will be gone.
System on USB it's normal system like in HDD.

I did it in windows, installing Xubuntu to a USB running the Live CD through VirtualBox and creating a virtual harddisk for the USB drive as described here.

It installed normally, I leaved a NTFS partition for data exchange, and periodically I plug it to update like any installed system in an HD.
