Installer doesn't work

Postby evrith » Fri May 28, 2010 16:04

When I install Sabayon and try to enter in 'File System Options' in 'Disk Partition Manager', installer goes down and displays me this message: "Interrupt set to control-C(^C) You can now reboot your Computer, have fun!". What should I do with that?
I use Sabayon 5.2 x86_64 CoreCD. My comp specifications: AMD Athlon 64 3200+ 2.0GHz | GeForce 7300GT 256MB RAM | 1GB RAM

Sorry for my bad english.

Don't know about the error message -- hasn't happened to me -- but have you tried partitioning and formatting the HDD manually using e.g. GParted before running the Installer? Perhaps that would be a work-around.

BTW, if the problem is consistent, I suggest you file a bug report (see the link Bugs at the top right of this page) so that the developers look at it.
