Multi installs

Post by neofax » Tue Jan 05, 2010 4:57

Currently I run Ubuntu on most of my systems and use a single pc as a proxy so I don't have to D/L'd a package 6 times and eat my bandwidth. Does sabayon have this capability? If so, would you point me in the direction to do this as I am tired of Ubuntu's BS.

http://wiki.sabayon.org/index.php?title ... _Downloads will tell you where and what directory you simply have to use for your other machines. I know this was asked before and the short answer was nfs to mount the directory and direct entropy config to use that path.

I haven't heard of anyone doing it, but it should work.
