I just did a fresh install of Sabayon 6 and I want to install some packages like compiz, Thunderbird, emerald theme-manager.
But sulfur can't find these packages on the mirrors. In sulfur are these packages listed as available.
Anyone an idea??

Yes, I updated repos. I can install the packages with emerge, but that takes much longer.

I did equo update --force, and now I can install the packages, but sulfur stops when updating and says

calculating 11000 updates or something

Follow the procedure given in the following section and sub-sections in the SL Wiki article on Entropy: Fresh Install - What to do?. Once everything is up to date, then, if you want, revert to using Sulfur.
