I tried the
Code: Select all
equo repo mirrorsort sabayonlinux.org
and found that it put pkg.sabayon.org at the "top" (physically at the bottom) of the list. I have put it back. Would this be considered a bug?

To be honest, I don't think the mirrorsort works well enough yet (or at least the last I used it). A very quick ping doesn't mean the bandwidth is there. I know that there is are a couple of mirrors that give me great pings, but are just so awfully slow that I removed them.

Yes, I've found no great benefit but I am concerned that it gives pkg.sabayon.org top priority when it should only be used if all else fails.
