Oh, a fairytale gone bad! - what now?

Yes, i'm a little lost here.... the installation stopped, ended with a "UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf8' codec can't decode bytes in position 2-3: invalid data"

The Sulfur "Help" just offers "About" and "Tips 'n tricks". Should i close Sulfur? Or press "Sync"? The "Install" cue is empty. The most obvious thing that came to mind was the help channel. But it's 8 a.m.

Some instructions would be helpful and a bug report function would help the devs. Just some ideas. i think that much could be done with little effort, like a link to the forums that would automatically search for related errors.

i did not, i would have mentioned it otherwise. For updates i use Sulfur solely.

Edit:
i see now that my post wasn't really clear. This is a suggestion to improve Sulfur by providing some information for users what they should do when something like that happens.
