kernel 2.6.32 [Solved]

Postby wokko » Mon Feb 01, 2010 11:06

just equo install sabayon-sources and 2.6.32 was downloaded and im assume unpack and installed but when i reboot the lastest kernel isnt showing up in the boot menu only 2.6.31
when i run "ls -l /urs/src/linux " it is only pointing to 2.6.31, but the 2.6.32 kernel is in the /usr/src/linux folder
but not in the /boot/grub ,just wondering how do i configure the boot menu so that i can boot the lastest kernel
thanks :P

well sabayon-sources only installs sources for the kernel.

If you want the actual kernel, you need the linux-sabayon package
